Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is an opportunity to take time out and reflect together, while learning skills and strategies for communicating with more sensitivity, honesty and directness - which support you as a couple to work together as partners facing the opportunities and challenges of life together and find new ways forward.

Times when couples might need extra support are:
Challanges you are facing together and see differently,
moving home, starting a family, parenting,
re-negotiating how you want to be together,
being stuck in conflict and disagreements,
wanting to reawaken desire after a loss of intimacy and tenderness,
cross-cultural issues, connections and tensions with family overseas,
step families and extended family
